Michael is the principal and a creative director with over 25+ years working across all media and in almost every category except cigarettes and cars. He does own a car, however. Specifically this includes travel and tourism,
wine and culinary, a myriad technology brands (who hasn’t worked on Microsoft in Seattle?) sports,
consumer electronics, cause marketing and healthcare. He is particularly interested in leveraging consumer insights, and on behalf of a brand, find ways to engage its audiences on their terms. As the consumer has become more in control of where and when they get their information, and who they consider credible,
this engagement is often about helping foster a conversation or telling a story.

In her two decades in advertising Holly has served as a creative director/copywriter working at top agencies
in Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, Boston and Denver helping to keep Nike, Audi, Oakley, American Crew,
Vail Resorts, Adidas and other well-known brands in the spotlight. Clients like working with Holly because she listens closely, asks a lot of questions, and goes above and beyond the expected when it comes to out-of-the-box solutions. We like working with Holly because she is one of the most prolific creative people we know, and provides the

Pattie is a goal-oriented, success driven marketing professional with over 19 years of experience in
traditional and digital advertising and marketing. She has a proven track record of managing a wide variety of project types while developing win-win relationships with clients and vendors. Her key strengths include: strategic planning and development, project, budget, and schedule management, problem solving and management of challenging or
high-conflict situations, and exceptional organizational and time management skills. Most recently Pattie spent the
last 11 years at PILGRIM as both Account Director and Agency Producer taking the lead role on all accounts.
Pattie is based in our Denver office.

With a marketing and design background, Brooke sees her role as senior account executive as melding her two passions together.  With a strategic eye, she has launched numerous integrated advertising campaigns for a variety of brands.  Starting her career in advertising, Brooke worked on the Citibank and Hewlett Packard accounts for Publicis Seattle. From there, she led campaigns for a range of clients including GE, Avon Walk for Breast Cancer,
The University of Washington, MultiCare Health Systems and The Seattle Times.  Most recently, Brooke
managed many of T-Mobile's integrated campaigns. Collaborating with both Publicis Seattle and Hal Riney
in San Francisco, she helped launch T-Mobile's newest re-brand initiative which successfully moved the needle
for T-Mobile both in brand awareness and consideration among target consumers.

For the past 20 years you could find John either surfing great waves or building great brands. As a creative director,
he has had the distinct pleasure to work alongside advertising greats, HAL Riney, and Lee Clow. He’s produced award winning advertising that has entered the realm of popular culture including the ABC campaign, TV IS GOOD,
that ranked in the top 10 campaigns of all time. And most recently his work for The Lincoln Motor Company with the introduction of the 2015 Lincoln MKC featuring Matthew McConaughey behind the wheel, the spots are credited
in helping to increase sales volume of the entire Lincoln brand by over 16% from the prior year.
So when it comes to taking a big idea and making it bigger, John's your guy.

Andy’s specialness lies in his rare combination of having an obsession for detail as well as a broad vision for conceptual, fully integrated campaigns. With  hands on involvement in all stages of concept development and production, Andy’s keen creative eye, easy demeanor, quick decision-making abilities, and raw talent, make him one of the best and most versatile art directors we’ve ever worked with. Brian is an account planner and strategist with over 16 years of experience. A self-admitted rule breaker, he has spent time in the branding world, direct response, and even worked for one of the world’s largest nonprofit organizations.

 He’s at is best when he’s working at the intersection of creativity and strategy, with a firm belief that performance driven marketing can also be beautiful. His category experience includes nonprofit organizations such as
World Vision, American Heart Association and Holt International and for-profit companies such as
Holland America Line, Netflix and Microsoft.

Kelli has more than 24 years in digital advertising and marketing experience. She has outside sales,
client-side and agency experience.  Her strengths lie in the ability to provide strategic integrated media planning,
with forte in all aspects digital including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Facebook and Mobile advertising.
Some of the companies she has worked for consist of Ogilvy & Mather, Microsoft, Yahoo!, and her own
venture Go West Marketing.  Clients include REI, Microsoft, Expedia, Nordstrom, and Palm Inc.,
Seattle’s Best Coffee, HTC, Sherwin Williams.  Kelli is the go-to digital media person, staying
on the forefront of what is happening in the digital advertising world.

Derek is a true Renaissance man with broad skills from design,
pre-press, all things digital, website development and is a very talented fine art photographer. Specifically
his areas of expertise include Adobe and Microsoft apps for both Mac and PC including but not limited to:
Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Flash, Muse, Edge Animator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Word,
and PowerPoint. Also a working knowledge of: CSS, HTML, XML, AS2-3, and Javascript.
